Marielund
This YP diesel railcar built in the 1950s is the 891mm gauge equivalent to the Y6 railcar now to be seen on the Nene Valley Railway see image 64178. These can be coupled in multiples of up to six. Seen here on the passing loop at Marielund Station from the train known locally as Lennakatten which nowadays only runs between Uppsala Östra to Faringe. In the top left hand corner is visible the smoke from the steam loco hauling our train.
