Kames Gunpowder Works
One of the substantial former buildings in the Lower Mills area of Kames Gunpowder Works. These were built with strong walls to withstand accidental explosion, but weak roofs to direct the blast upwards, and so they survive all over the site. Most of them were supplied by spurs from the internal tramway system.
