Macduff (Banff)

Macduff (Banff) was the original terminus of the extension north from Turriff. Inconvenient for Macduff (and Banff) it was replaced as the line was extended half a mile north through Banff Bridge station to a new Macduff terminus. Little remains of the old terminus except the turntable pit (seen) and site of the locomotive shed. The station was beyond the pit. The view looks south.
