Galgate
68017 Hornet brings up the rear of 2C32 Carlisle to Preston passing under Hampson Lane bridge at Galgate on 11th April 2018. On this occasion the train was headed by 68004 Rapid. The daily trip to Preston will cease with the May timetable change when Class 158 Sprinters are being introduced on Barrow trains. Loco hauled will then be confined to the Barrow to Carlisle line.
