Harrington Church Road Halt

Church Road Halt in Harrington was only open from 1914 to 1926, served by trains from Workington to Lowca. Freight continued after closure until as late as 1973 and part of the line is now accessible as a trackbed footpath. This view looks northwards and the halt itself was on the far side of the road, originally crossed by a steel bridge, but nothing remains.
