ScotRail 158782 drops down from Larbert Junction towards Carmuirs East on 20 May 2015 with a Dunblane - Edinburgh service. Over on the right is the route to Carmuirs West, also on a falling gradient in order to pass below the Forth and Clyde Canal, above which stands the Falkirk Wheel in the right background.
