A Class 40 sets off from Aberdeen with a southbound express on a very dull February afternoon in 1973. On the left there is a BRUTE trolley with what appears to be the linen bags from the previous nights sleeper waiting to be loaded into a ventilated van, presumably heading to the laundry.
