Heaton Park Tramway
The rails of the Heaton Park Tramway reach out forlornly into Middleton
Road, Manchester looking for the Manchester Corporation network which they were connected to from 1903 until 1934. A stretch of the original tramway in the park was reopened in 1980 and has since been progressively extended.
