West Coast Railways Class 47 “Chris Fudge” (formerly 47 747) passes the site of the former Alloa West level crossing on the rear of the “Cathedral’s Express” on Sunday 14th May 2017. Hundreds of people had turned out to see this train. Not for the Class 47 of course, but for the rather more famous steam loco on the front – the Flying Scotsman.
