Hoghton
37140 and a rake of tank wagons climb eastwards on Hoghton bank on 1st December 1978. The tanks will probably be empties from Preston Dock or Burn Naze returning to Immingham. 37140 had a further twenty years main line service but was stored in June 1999 and cut up two years later at Springs Branch.
