Farington Curve Junction
EE Type 3, 37169 takes the East Lancashire line at Farington Curve Junction heading for Yorkshire via Copy Pit with a Summer Saturdays Only train from Blackpool North. The loco later ran as 37674 and after withdrawal went into preservation at Kirkby Stephen East on the the Stainmore line. The Ormskirk line in the foreground was later singled See image 28984.
