Ladybank

While the unoccupied building on the southbound platform at Ladybank is up for let, the northbound one, shared with the ticket office, houses Kirsty Lorenz, a commercial artist, with premises that are off the from-Edinburgh platform and the 'Off the Rails Arthouse', a charity, which occupies the former stationmaster's house. The lettering on the signs is in the British Railways typeface of Gill Sans: deliberate?

The architectural style is Italianate, built sufficiently early that the railway station pattern hadn't really been established.
