Doesn't look like Non-smoking to me! Harzer Schmalspurbahnen 99 7232-4 (built in the mid-1950s) heading down from the Brocken summit (1140 m above sea level) with one of the regular passenger services on this part of the 1000 mm gauge network in the Harz Mountains.
