Have we seen this sign for a level crossing somewhere before? The UK? La France?

This line was electrified 70 years ago as there is an abundance of hydroelectricity from the wide rivers hereabouts and so it is 70 years since steam trains ran here. Obviously somebody, somewhere 'high up' thinks that a steam loco makes a more recognisable sign to road vehicle drivers.
