The thrice weekly Clitheroe to Mossend cement tanks will run via the WCML throughout 2016. 66099 powers north alongside the Lancaster Canal between Brock and Garstang & Catterall on the evening of 12th August 2016. The dome behind the tanks is the salt store of the Highways Agency depot for the nearby M6 motorway.
