Dead Horse Gulch Bridge

This cantilever bridge was the tallest of its type in the world when built around 1899. In 1969, with heavier trains planned, the bridge was bypassed by a new alignment. Today it is a well known attraction of the narrow gauge White Pass and Yukon Route line.
