Mierystock Tunnel
This is taken through the northern portal of Mierystock (aka Mireystock) tunnel see image 26107.
The cutting was later filled in with spoil but then dug out again by a local group in about 2006 - the group is still awaiting funds from the local council to move the cycle track from a crossing of the A4136 into the tunnel.
