Hest Bank
With the Settle & Carlisle line closed for landslip repairs at Armathwaite a number of freights have been diverted to run over the WCML. On a sunny February morning the cutting at Hest Bank is still in shade as DBS 66111 powers south with Castle Cement empty tanks from Mossend to Clitheroe.
