Hurlford Signal Box

Hurlford 'box is basically closed completely, (and boarded up, as can be seen), despite the official party line that it's merely 'switched out' - has been for years anyway, and may now be officially in the ranks of the closed signalboxes on the line. Retention may be due to persistent rumours that W.H. Malcolm, or similar, was going to take over the former Johnnie Walker bonded stores at Barleith.
