Huntington
The solum of the former line from York to Beverley heading east from New Road, Huntington, York, See image 53739 is relatively unobstructed for many miles, whereas the westernmost section from the junction with the York to Scarborough line has been substantially built over. This view along the line of the New Road level crossing sees the first of the many houses obliterating the former trackbed through to Huntington Road.
