Merehead Limestone Quarry
Aggregate Industries GM built Bo-Bo shunter Western Yeoman II draws a rake of empty box wagons north under the A361 road at Merehead on 8 May 2015, approaching the loading facilities at the extensive Merehead Quarry. Just forward of the loco the line fans out on either side to allow up to three rakes of wagons to be stabled at the loading point.
