Donyatt Halt

Looking over Donyatt Halt, on the Ilminster to Chard section of the Taunton to Chard line, which closed in 1962. The concrete structures on the lineside and trackbed are part of the Taunton Stop Line, built to impede any German forces advancing on Bristol from the west during WWII. [Ref query 36652]
