Woerden
The attractive station building at Woerden, located between Gouda and Utrecht. This unsuspecting douce burgh was to host an evening friendly match between FC Utrecht and Dundee United FC, which explains the presence of the tangerine shirt-clad gent in front of the station. [The match ended FC Utrecht 4 Dundee Utd 0]. While Woerden station opened in 1855, the current art nouveau building dates from 1911.
