Carnforth

Warton Road at Carnforth, looking towards the town centre. The bridge in the foreground is now disused but once carried the direct link between the Barrow and Wennington lines. The second one carries the surviving, sharply curved, Wennington line out of Carnforth station. In between the two, Crag Bank Road off to the right goes under an even lower bridge See image 50535 that carries the Carnforth - Barrow trains on the third side of the old triangle.
