Gmuend
The Czechoslovakian State Railways heavy freight locomotive of class 556.0 was a handsome machine, but slightly spoilt in my view by a front-heavy look thanks to the chimney being set in front of the cylinders. On 29 August 1974 556.0506 has just brought a transfer freight from Caske Velenice into Gmuend and is waiting to take over the return working.
