Barry
Apart from the removal of all rods, No 35005 Canadian Pacific was still in reasonably complete condition when photographed in Woodham's yard at Barry on March 14 1970. For company, it has Standard Class 5 4-6-0 No. 73096, one of the locos whose tender was sold by Woodham's for conversion to an ingot carrier at the Briton Ferry steel works. At the rear is an ex-GWR Castle, probably No. 5043 Earl of Mount Edgcumbe. See image 18430
