Ardrossan North
Black 5 no 45007 passing Ardrossan North on 5 July 1959 with a train for Montgomerie Pier. The train has just passed the large Shell refinery in the left background. Ardrossan North station had been closed since 1932, although Montgomerie Pier survived until 1967. The refinery closed in 1986. See image 23867
