Colas 66849 Wylam Dilly heads south at Leyland on 9 March 2015 with the Carlisle to Chirk log train. On the right work is underway to extend platform 1 in connection with the plan to run fewer but longer trains to Manchester during the work on Farnworth tunnel from May to October this year.
