Langley

A surviving gem on the long closed 12 mile Allendale branch, which left the Newcastle and Carlisle line just west of Hexham, is the former station at Langley. The site was in use as a garden centre, gallery and cafe in May 2006. The station lost its passenger service in 1930 with the branch closing completely in 1950.
