Leadburn
Local residents, railway enthusiasts and one eejit turn out at Leadburn station on 3 February 1962 to witness the visit of the SLS Farewell to Peebles railtour. The special, hauled by J37 0-6-0 no 64587, ran from Princes Street over the Peebles Loop, returning north via Galashiels to terminate at Waverley.
