Townhill Yard
Coal empties returning to Hunterston leave Halbeath sidings in June 2006. EWS 66021 brought in the empties from Longannet power station earlier and has since run round the train, which is now crossing to the up line heading for the Forth Bridge. In the adjacent siding a loaded train has recently arrived on the reverse journey and is waiting for the empties to depart before the locomotive runs round and heads off to Longannet via Charlestown Junction.
