Bare Lane
Another piece of railway history gone. The signal box at Bare Lane was demolished in January 2014, over twelve months after closure. Trains for Heysham no longer stop to collect a staff and 37038 and 37611 take two flasks past the site of the box without stopping on 22 January 2014. See image 37896 for the same location in 2012.
