Chappel and Wakes Colne
Toby the Tram Engine hitched to Henrietta at Chappel and Wakes Colne in July 2013 see image 45318. Alternatively, this is something similar to a Wisbech and Upwell tramway locomotive. I suspect the original would not have been a diesel; and would have had a more thoroughly concealed motion.
