The bitumen tanks for Preston Dock are presently routed via Manchester Victoria and Parkside due to the Copy Pit route being closed until March 2014. Refurbished DBS 60017 arrives in the exchange sidings on 27 November with the loaded tanks, running alongside the empties waiting to be returned.
