Carnforth

A BLS charter from Carnforth to Liverpool Road station in Manchester on 3 November 2013. Once the terminus of the Liverpool & Manchester Railway, today the location is the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry. This may be one of the last trains to access the site from the network as the connection will be lost with construction of the Ordsall Curve. The 4 coach special is seen returning to Carnforth with WCRC 37706 leading and 47760 on the rear as it passes Balshaw Lane Junction.
