Newark South Junction
View South of London Road skew overbridge, Balderton, Newark, on the former route running from the East Coast line at Newark to the north side of Melton Mowbray thro' the former ironstone area of the country, with connections to the Grantham to Nottingham line. The presence of the stream running through the arch on the right hand side suggests the line was single track.
