Dalkeith
The view east towards Dalkeith from Cemetery Road bridge in July 2013 see image 39723. The trackbed has been obliterated from this point, with a car wash now located directly ahead, behind which are the premises of the local rugby club. Beyond that is the station site itself, currently being redeveloped as a supermarket. On the right a Lothian no 3 bus heads towards Dalkeith town centre, with the spire of St John's Church dominating the background.
