The crossing keeper's cottage at Leasey Bridge Lane is now an attractive house. The car in the foreground (there are 2 or 3 parking spaces) appears to belong to a walker heading North on the railway trail - perhaps to the site of Harpenden East station, about a mile away see image 44205.
