Bare Lane
Interior of the closed Bare Lane signal box on 16 July 2013. The structure was scheduled for demolition granted a stay of execution while it was used by temporary platform staff until electronic passenger displays were installed at Bare Lane station. The lever frame dated from 1937 but most of the other equipment and instruments were removed. The box was finally demolished in January 2014.
