Kent Viaduct

Two DRS Class 37s bring an evening Sellafield to Crewe train, comprising five nuclear flasks, across Arnside's viaduct over the Kent estuary on 19 June. Within an hour of this photograph being taken the bridge was entirely standing in water and the notorious tide had covered most of the sand seen here.
