Partick North Junction

View south at the former Partick North Junction in 1997 see image 52289. Behind the camera a tunnel runs north to Crow Road, while the Meadowside Granary dominates the centre of the photograph. This location was part of a triangular junction, with Partick West station standing on the south east corner. Partick West had platforms on the north to east curve, handling services between Maryhill and the city centre, as well as on the east to west route, catering for trains running between Glasgow and Dumbarton.
