Camperdown Junction

47467 brings a Glasgow Queen Street - Aberdeen train north over Camperdown level crossing in February 1982. The train has recently cleared Dock Street Tunnel shortly after leaving Dundee station. Camperdown Junction signal box towers over the scene, with the the Blue Circle cement terminal standing beyond and the spire of St Paul's Cathedral visible in the left background. The signal box finally closed in March 1985 and there is no longer a level crossing at this location.
