Hilton
Although very popular in the 1960s and 1970s the (seven and a quarter inch) Hilton Valley Miniature Railway closed in 1979. It ran through the countryside from Hilton village, on the Wolverhampton to Bridgnorth road, to Hilton Hall. After closure the equipment and stock were transferred to the grounds of Weston Park near Telford.
