Norwich Thorpe Shed
Most unexpected! During a Sunday morning bunk of Norwich Thorpe MPD in the summer of 1972 I was looking for Class 03 shunters and other blue diesels but also found 4771 Green Arrow in steam. The V2 2-6-2 had moved there in January that year for restoration and this continued throughout the year before a return to the main line in March 1973.
