Nuneaton North Junction
A container train takes the link from the Birmingham line to the WCML at Nuneaton on 14 November. The spoil heap in the background is the waste tip from (the formerly rail-served) Judkins quarry. It is now adjacent to the local 'recycling facility' and can be seen from miles around. Meanwhile, the catenary seen here will eventually be extended to Whitacre Junction and Birmingham.
