Blea Moor Signal Box
On Saturday 16th April 1988, I walked between Dent and Ribblehead stations, intercepting 9F No. 92220 at Blea Moor loops on the way. Evening Star was working the northbound 'Cumbrian Mountain Express' on this occasion. To judge from the photograph, the weather conditions were less than ideal for the outing over Blea Moor tunnel!
