Niddrie South Junction
A type 2 emerges from the early morning mist as it leaves the north end of Millerhill yard with a mixed freight in August 1971. The train has just passed one of the yards long disused water towers as it takes the left fork at Niddrie South Junction and heads for the westbound sub.
