Woodford Halse
The Southern end of the platforms at Woodford Halse returning to nature in March 2012. Being very much a railway community the closure of the junction station, the yards and the large locomotive shed had a devastating effect at the time see image 31459. But that was over 40 years ago, and the town is now 'back in business' - unlike the GCR.
