Millbrook (Beds)

A Class 31 with a train at Millbrook on the Bletchley - Bedford line in September 1998. [The train has another 31 at the far end.] The station opened in 1846 as Marston, changed to Ampthill in 1847, then became Ampthill (Marston) in 1850. The name was modified once again in 1877 to Millbrook for Ampthill, before finally (?) settling on the current name of plain Millbrook in 1910.
