Dent

The exhaust from 92220 Evening Star is dramatically backlit as the 9F accelerates The 'Bishop Treacy special' away from Dent on 30 September 1978. This was one of two trains run on the same day at the end of that month in memory of the well known railway photographer, who had collapsed and died some four and a half months earlier while waiting to photograph No. 92220 at Appleby.
